Dear sir

When we whois some oper in same server:
1.

MyNick is an IRC Operator (MyNick) [Admin]

but when we whois some oper in other server links, we got like this:
2.

MyNick is an IRC Operator

Any setting to enable information "whois" like no 1 in a both of server?

Use "/whois nick nick" to ask the server the user is connected to.

313 WHOISOPERATOR ?
