Help, creation helpers

Hello everyone; I ask for help on how to create "helper" operclass on unrealircd 4.2.4
I want irchelps not to have any kind of permission, I want them not to identify with / os oper, but to be given the ircHELPER flag when identifying with nickserv.
Is this possible? or do I have to get my hands on anope too?
because honestly I make a lot of confusion between unrealircd and anope for this thing of the flags from operators. If anyone can explain to me in a simple way, what configuration files I have to go to edit and what to write, I would be very grateful. Thanks and Happy ending and beginning of the year to all.
