Invisible users on my channel. Please help

Hello Support;
When I connect with miRC it shows 10 users and 2 Invisible users. I'm wondering who they are? And why are they sitting as invisible.

How to find their user name and how to kick or ban them.

I would highly appreciate your help.

Thanks.

are you an oper on the network / server?
do you know what makes them counted as invisible?
do you know what does that mean? why you wanna kick and ban them?:)

see: https://www.unrealircd.org/docs/User_modes
search for word "invisible" or flag "i" :)

((((its not a bad thing))))

Lord255;
Thank you for your response . Much appreciated.
I'm going to look into that.
I'm having a big problem with sending confirmation email for new users who register their nicks. They don't receive mail I've tried Sendmail, Postfix but no luck, can't send mail
I've already setup all the DNS records properly. MX, SPF, PTR etc and tested wiht MXToolbox. All Tested Okay.
Please guide. What do I need to send mail for new users who register their nicks but don't receive confirmation email.

I would highly appreciate your help.'

Thanks,.

Usually, sending email is not in any way related to UnrealIRCd.
Still, since I do understand how sometimes setting up email is hard, here's how you do it the easy way: https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/conf ... or-ubuntu/

Hi PeGaSuS;
Thank you so much for your response and help. I got that resolved I'm using Mailgun Relay Host and now its working fine. Plus the linode was blocking the SMTP ports, so I requested them to open the ports for my Instance, so they did and now sending mail is working fine.

Thanks again mate
