Do windows modules still need to be compiled with ZipLinks support? or was that fixed in 3.2.2?

Will it hurt the modules any if they are still compiled with ZipLinks?

Not really.
Although I don't know if anything (bad) will happen if they are loaded on a non-zip unrealircd, but since all official wircds have zip support... :).
