I know theres already a way to ban real names by adding a ban realname block in the configuration. But I was wondering if anyone could make a module that would enable IRCops to ban realnames from the server with a command. Maybe like /bgecos or something. I'm not really much of a module coder, so if anyone could help with this it would be greatly appriciated.

Can't you use the /spamfilter "u" target? Would probably be easier than coding a new module

Also services can add global realname bans using SVSNLINE. Unfortunately, Anope does not yet support this. So you could bug the coders to add it
