tkl_import/export problem

When i do /tklexport or /tklimport i get this:
Permission Denied- You do not have the correct IRC operator privileges

Do you need to assign a flag or anything to the module ? . If its saying that then its not set up right in the .conf most likely .

There doesn't seem to be any documentation about the privileges you are required to have in order to be able to use those commands, but their source codes say, they are only for netadmins.
