Request: Normal users use U:Lined commands

I was wondering if there was a module that allows normal users to use U:Lined commands without being U:Lined themselves (similar to m_uline, but I heard that it was no longer supported on Windows).

Um, there isn't one?
Except that is, for that paid module by codemastr (
http://www.codemastr.com/?page=module) or by operserv raw.
(Before you ask, I'm not telling you how the second works.)

That's how it is supposed to work. SVSNICK is for ulined servers such as services. It's not meant as an ircop toy.

most irc services include a function to do this anyways.

I need this command for my Bot-as-Services `toy`. I am creating Eggdrop, that incudes channel/nick registration, e.t.c.
I KNOW, that this isn't very good idea, but...

Then get it to use services. Or buy that paid module
.
Alternativly, don't use eggdrop as a base and code from scratch something that connects as a server and issues SVSNICK itself. Whatever floats your boat.

I am sorry to say, but i know only TCL, not C/C++...

I think you can actually make eggdrop connect as a server... just unload the irc, server, and channels module, and make a TCL script to do their job from a server point of view. Of course, that'd still be a lot of work because you still must know how the unreal server protocol works...

Google for the SANICK module. I dont know if it still works for newer unrealircds, but it does what you want

SANICK DOES NOT WORK, AND HAS NOT WORKED SINCE AT LEAST 3.2.1. WHEN WILL YOU PEOPLE LEARN?!

Conclusion: If you need /sanick, you must get Unreal 3.2.1...
P.S.Oh, sorry, OR, buy it as module ;)
