is there a way to add a line to the whois reply if the user has a certain usermode?
i know how to make usermodes and all that, i just want to know if its possible to do for example:

someguy sets mode +L
someone whoises someguy
someguy is blah
someguy using server
etc.
someguy has umode L

without editing the source. thanks

You would need to either edit the source, or make a module that completely rewrites the WHOIS command.

No, it *might* be possible to sorta do it using a hooktype on whois. Not sure whether the line'd appear before, during, or after the rest of the whois however ;P
