I'd like to have a way to gline everyone who is not on a channel. This would be helpful for removing bots in case of bot attacks. If there is any other way to do this I'd appreciate if you could help me

You must write a module or something, I think UnrealIRCd doesn´t support that. Or you can go one by one gline/kill them, but is to difficult to one operator.
