REQ: module to kill/gline everyone, who is not on a channel

I'd like to have a way to gline everyone who is not on a channel. This would be helpful for removing bots in case of bot attacks. If there is any other way to do this I'd appreciate if you could help me ;)

You must write a module or something, I think UnrealIRCd doesn´t support that. Or you can go one by one gline/kill them, but is to difficult to one operator.

That's probably why it's a request ('REQ') in the Modules section ;)
