Prohibit Killing Of Certain Users

Is there a module for 3.2 that disallows an ircop or netadmin to kill a certain user, specified user.

No. There are modules that stop the killings of NetAdmins, but not any for what you are looking for

There is another one that actually works. And no, I won't link to it, and here is why: If you have opers killing people/bots that aren't supposed to be killed, even after you have told them to not kill those people/bots, I think it is time to comment their o:line and kill them.

Oper people you trust. It is as simple as that.
