OperFlags in Modules?

I'm probably lazy for not searching it myself but,

is it possible to add a new OFlag via a module?
(Like, make a new arbitrary flag, such as... Y or whatever...)?

Theres a new usermode that my network's coded via a module and we want to restrict its access via an Oflag..

IIRC, there is no way to add an operflag with a module

Hmm.

Maybe a way to somehow modify the oper { } block via module? I know how to add stuff to set { } but this needs to be a oper-specific setting directive.
