Module Request Birthday Mode

some nets such as mine gives users birthday kills. Could someone code me a module thatll add umode b or B and with that umode anyone can kill that user nonopers or opers and also make their swhois say Nick has a birhday today give him or her a /kill

sdm I think it's because of the amount of spam it would generate. You do realize that there are people out there who would exploit it and set that person to be repeatedly killed everytime they came online? Yea sure you could fix it by simply removing that person from your server but what's the point of it? Why not just change their SWhois to say it's their b-day?

if someone did that the mode would be removed from the user

It would only be removed until someone re-added and by the sound of it that's what you're looking for is an all day birthday mode.
