Module Request: Motd info

Hello can anyone write a modules which can displayed an information when users connect such that they will see when the last motd was modified.

example: -rumble.fl.us.dal.net- *** Notice -- motd was last changed at 11/3/2006 16:04

You already have MOTD in your config. Just go in and type in what you like in ircd.motd, then save and rehash.

i look at the core module file Unreal3.2/src/modules/m_motd.c

and i found this:
[...]

if i change that to:
[...]

will it work ?
