I attempted to follow the link for the precompilled windows dll of this module.

The link appears to be invalid. Is there are new link?

Additionally I am also looking for windows version of these 2 modules too:
m_iscmd
m_uline
callerid

You will be unable to find a working version of join/part sno, unless someone has one. codemastr has not maintained his site for quite some time, and all his modules went away with it.
