Unreal should have global Kline and global Zline...
Now Network Admin (+N) can't remove kline/zline from global servers.
Suggesting and requesting..

Unreal does have a global kline and global zline, GLINE = Global KLINE and GZLINE = Global ZLINE

Couldnt be simpler.

But yeah you cant remove locally set kline's and zline's.
