when my opers type /kline nick(or address) reason
got notice use gline instead kline...
becouse my network have more than 1 linked servers

And if user is not oper
got message
Permission Denied- You do not have the correct IRC operator privileges

Cant you just use the /gline command instead yourself? /kline has its uses, so tbh, making it do /gline instead would be a little stupid.

As for non-opers, they already get a permission error when trying to use either.

So to be honest, simply train your opers to use /gline instead.
