I have it loaded, what is the command to use it?

Assuming you mean the m_svsmkick modules:

Must be sent through an U:Lined server

    SVSMKICK <channel> :[<comment>]
    SVSMKICK #AOL :You must leave

That would depend on the U:Lined server you want to send it through.

Thats a services server name, that isn't the type of services application...

And if you use Anope for services, then I can't help you with it unless you write a module for Anope to do it.

Noone will help ya about RAW :) Anope doesn't supports RAW Commands
