I currently have a script that I wrote for mIRC, including a DLL that makes the channel services bot display the weather for any US zip code in the channel when you type "!weather <zip code here>". Would it be possible and/or difficult to make a module for Unreal that will do this so that I don't have to be in the channel? I have some experience with VB .NET, but no experience with C.

I believe that eggdrops have this functionality. Although you'd have to download the tcl weather script, and install it on the eggdrop.
