How do I install UnrealIRCd Modules for Windows?

Yeah this probably seems like a ridiculous question, but I'm not sure how to install modules for UnrealIRCd in Windows. If someone could give me a quick instructional with an example-mod that'd be great.

You can also get the modules pre-compiled for Windows from my modules site
