As mentioned earlier we do not help with modifying the source.
It appears as though you want your oper whois information to look like another IRCd's information, or how some client scripts format it. If you want it to look like another IRCd, then run that IRCd. If you want it to look like a specific script, then recommend to your users to run that specific script.
Other than that, you're on your own when it comes to changing the source. Some words of wisdom: If you don't know what you're doing, then you're not qualified to edit the source.
