m_dnsbl module error

I installed the m_dnsbl module, the installation did not give any problems. but /unrealircd rehash command use it, I get the following error message. How can I solve the problem. Waiting for your help.
Note: unrealircd.conf file into the directory containing the setup file and created a file named dnsbl.conf DNSBL {.... }, I added some.
