I have installed the Caller ID module in 3.2.9 and added +I to the modes-on-connect line in the config file, but it does not set the mode when users connect. I can be done manually by the user, but not automatically. Other internal modes set just fine. I have restarted the server and still no change.

Any ideas of the problem?
