Compiling Modules on Windows

In order to compile modules on Windows, you need to first compile Unreal. Once Unreal is compiled, modules are as easy to compile and use as they are on *NIX. For instructions compiling Unreal and modules on Windows, you can find instructions either in the Unreal source download (doc/compiling_win32.txt), or by following the instructions located in my FAQ.
