I need a module that will allow Services Administrators to have access to /tsctl alltime and /tsctl time. I am not sure if it is a module I need or if just an edit to the core module (m_tsctl.c) in Unreal3.2.10.1 would work.

SOLVED added +A flag to Services Administrators.
