opers.conf - Getting a bit complex

Networks have multiple servers, and on smaller networks, share the same oper list. It becomes a pain to login to every server and add the oper over and over agian.
Ok, a module to do something to this extent....
You use 1 oper.conf file, and store it on a hub with it linked via http or more secure ftp then the leaf's all have the module, that allow it to find and download/read the opers.conf each time the server is rehashed.
It doesn't seem to hard to me, but I don't do UnrealModules at this time, If someone can make this free of charge I am sure it will be widely used.
