this is realy anoyin that bezeqint cannot connect to the irc server...

Unfortunately bezeqint has been giving MANY problems... several >800 users botnets and not just once, no... SEVERAL times. Sorry.

and beacuse of this problam i cant join the server?!?!?
about a year before i has connect with proxy.. but now even with proxy i cant!!

Yup, life sucks.
Don't worry, I know how it is... my ISP (wanadoo.nl) is not very loved by others either (they rarely handle abuse reports and are often used by hackers/spammers) and thus from time to time I'm *lined myself on other nets I never had been before.
