information about 3.3 developement is outdated

Has development on 3.3* been started already?
As of April 2005, we have not started coding on 3.3* yet, but we have been working on documents/designs a bit. It is expected that somewhere before the summer vacation we will actually start coding on a few subsystems.

thank god now it is november, not april
