How To Protect ICMP or UDP flood?

is there any way to disable icmp or udp port by unrealircd ??

You cant disable it unless you're using a recoded version.

1) ICMP has nothing to do with unreal.
2) The only thing Unreal uses UDP for is resolving hostnames (and that's assuming it still does, since the latest versions are now using c-ares).

then how to stop UDP & icmp port Ddos flood !

Those dont attack unreal, they attack the server unreal is running on.

Stopping those typically cant be done with software on the server itself. It would need to be done upstream, by your ISP or host.

what kind of firewall can use to safe my root from icmp or udp attack?

The quick answer: you cant. An ICMP/UDP (DDoS type) attack is by nature unstopable.
