In my server nobody can't use dcc chat and dcc get. what is the problem? it happens like this.

i send smb dcc chat. he saw and accept it but after that.

everytime it is.? what is the problem?

Not really a problem with Unreal, moved => Off Topic

1. Check if firewalls are blocking the DCCs.
2. /localinfo -uh (mIRC command).
3. Are the people behind routers?
4. Why DCC and not some sort of file sharing network (like DC hubs)? mIRC was never made to share files, it was made to be an irc client.
