The only thing I could imagine that being, is MAP (I've never seen it quite used exactly in that term though, I can't even find anything that would make it come out in that term, I'm guessing its likely modified source code perhaps, though could be wrong, if I am, someone else will reply with a correct answer).

I will note though, if its your server, 3.2.3 has known exploits, it would be suggested to upgrade offhand to the latest release just cause if anything else : P

Edit: Connecting to the only network I could find with reference to those CMD returns, thats exactly what it is.

They apparently modified the usual /MAP command to what each of those servers state it is.
