IRC Stats on website

Post by JimmyBoom » Wed Nov 14, 2007 12:31 pm

Hello,

I've a little question:

I want to get on my website stats from the IRC-Server, not how many lines everyone has written, but stats about how many people are in a channel etc.
I want this on de main page of the site that looks like this:

#1 15 users
#2 13 users
#3 12 users
etc.

And #1, #2 and #3 to be hyperlinked so if you click on it you'll login at that channel.
Can someone help me with this?

Even if you dont use phpDenora, you can still use Denora and retrieve the information yourself from the MySQL DB using PHP.

http://www.invictachat.net/action/tools/tool/channels <- gets all its information from Denora's MySQL DB.

Is there a site where they explain it to me?
I'm not a PHP/MySQL expert.

I first want to test it on my own machine then I'm going to throw it on a other system.
I'm using vista now by the way.

I already installed WAMP that has apache/mysql/phpmyadmin already in it.
I downloaded denora but it didn't make sence to me not even the install en readme instructions..
Any help?
