Is there a way to possibly integrate unreal with a website and allow registration through that instead of having users use mIRC or another IRC program?

That's has nothing with unreal

U can use java applet and connect from website like via IRC client... Also u can use all commands provided for mirc etc. like /ns /cs etc,
