how i ban other websites

i dont want that other website java connect to my channel. i wanna that in my chat can connect only my website.
i ban real name ,Java User, but other website owner change the real name and again users join my channel whit another website. How i can ban this website?

Than what is point of your chat if u don't allow others to connect to it :S
Couz other wants to sign your chat, that's mean that your chat is popular.

In the shortest explanation possible, there is no way to technically do it, as any which way you try if a person wants to they'll find a way around it as a person can make a Java client look like a regular client even if they wanted to.

couldn't you just make a irc standalone server.
