One of our servers, devel.unrealircd.com is down, which provides DNS, CVS, and e-mail.
Also, apparently due to a misconfiguration, not all of the DNS backup servers are picking up as they should.
I've moved DNS to something stable now. These changes may take up to 1 day to propagate.
I've also moved CVS, though it's read-only at the moment.
