Looking to start a new network with someone!

Hi, I am willing to start a new network of servers, or link my server into an existing network.
Same here I am looking for a partner to run the service, seeking IRCD guru, someone to fix, install and run the service. I am to busy. You can see the service at http://sailirc.net
