Hide Nicknames in userlist

Hey nice forum btw, i was wondering how i can hide certaint nicknames in unrealircd. Like when a user connects to the channel all the users will be invisible you cannot see anyone. But say when you register on a channel you can then see users. Or just set users invisible in general, sort of like a forum....
Does anyone know how to do this? If so thank you for helping me out, i really appreciate this a lot.
