Modules page login problem

I go to
http://64.84.10.70:81/index.php?page=modules and login. Upon clicking "submit" or any other link, I'm no longer logged in.

This indeed is a problem. We have hit our 50mb quota, and the guy who donated us the hosting has been unreachable for several months :/. Perhaps I can clean some stuff up, but I'm not so sure.

Just for the record... We got offered another 500Mb quota on the old location, so we are staying there for now ;).
