Someone can makes an offer to me for a unrealircd hosting 4 sevrvers
for 1024 users each, already configured linking and splitting well wit SSH access ? I need to point my clients to this ircd network, i can point only
one IP address and need a dns round-robin installed on this ircd network.

I'm pretty sure this was the wrong place to post that request. There are lots of shell companies that offer ircd hosting. All would include SSH in the package. DNS can be setup fairly easily, even using free services if needed.

If you need recomendations for shell companies, email me and I'd be more than happy to give you some good referrals.
