Module to add chan mode +B

You can't force someone to be +B. What if they are just a bot in your channel but normal user in others? I wouldn't like people going around setting +B or any usermode on me

with a module m_banlink you can set mode +B. +B is that mode which enforce a banned client to join a specific chan. for detail visit angrywolfs website.
