Dear Everyone,
i installed Unreal3.2.3.exe on my windows 2003 server,
but when i called Unreal shorcut on my desktop it
doesn't work.
i installed Unreal as a windows services and started it
from Administrative tool>Services>Unreal.
i can't start and found error.
I also don't know how to configure and edit to run Unreal
locally.
I want to run IRC Chatserver locally for my students to
practice chat locally since internet usage fees is very
expensive in our country.
Plz, help, guide and educate with comple references and
guideline to configure and to be able to run Unreal
Chatserver.
I want to run my IRC Chatserver as quick as possible.

Firstly i am new to IRC Server Unreal.
And i am true newbie running Unreal the very first time.
i now installed ircd Unreal 3.2.3 Server on Windows 2003
server and now is running " just only" normally. No more.
i configured unrealiRCd.conf and it is now just running.
I installed UnrealiRCd version 3.2.3 on windows 2003
server.my server ip add is 192.168.200.12 hostname
irc.svplus.biz, i configured port 194 in Unrealircd.conf.
i filled correctly in irc lients and everyclients can
connect my server add 192.168.200.12 or irc.svplus.biz
with port 194.But...,
I am going to demonstrate my problem.
i use a nick name let say.. "someone" and connect,.
irc client successfuly connected to my server .
the matter is..
when i type "/msg nickserv register password emailadd.
it said me..
"nickserv No such nick/channel"
when i type "/msg nickserv identify password.
it showed me the same words above.
In Unrealircd.conf, configured ONLY
