server isn't giving me NetAdmin privelages anymore???

Ok... i am no longer getting NetAdmin status.. here is what the server shows my status as:
* chevyman2002 rDRhgwlcLkKbBnGAaNzWHtZvqdX clients

in the config: flags "OaNrRDhgwnGcLkKbBzZtvqHWXdS";
snomask "ceUfFGjkoqsSv";

i haven't had ANY problems with it until i added the module: opers.c (O:Line management) -- just wanted to see how well it worked.. now it screwed everything up and it's a perm module, was also wondering how to remove that.. all input is appreciated

Remove the loadmodule line and restart the server...
