What amount do you all recommend to use in the conf as i dont want to use to high or to low amount.

Any help will be welcomed on this :D

Unknown connections really don't need sending that much data. 4KB (=default value) should be more than enough ("unknown-flood-amount 4;" or just leave it out).
8MB as suggested by aegis is just crazy.
If you don't make mistakes, you aren't really trying.
