Hello everybody ..

I have a question about this issue :

ERROR :Closing Link: [127.0.0.1] (Throttled: Reconnecting too fast)

I have a web site and whit Php I'm connect to the serveur to register some nick..
But if 2 or 3 members of my site register at the same time, Unreal refuse the connection
because : Reconnecting too fast ..

How can i make a unlimited acces for localhost ?
