Try checking the modules section on the unrealircd webpage. If you don't see any, chances are there isn't one publically available.

The only module that is currently available to do this is Chgnick by codemastr. It is a "Paid module", which means you must pay to use it. The cost is $30 USD. Here is the link: http://www.codemastr.com/?page=module#chgnick

Use services. If you have anope, you can use the /msg operserv SVSNICK Old New feature. Also, google for SANICK. I dont know if that rather old module still works, but try it.

It doesn't, but it wouldn't be hard to fix.

I also have done a module for ircservices to add an OPERSERV SVSNICK, if anyone wants it, let me know and I'll see if I can release it.
