error starting unreal

I had installed Unreal and i found some error messages during i started the services, here the error messages :

./unreal: line 10: /usr/local/Unreal3.2/src/ircd: is a directory
Possible error encountered (IRCd seemily not started)

First, get rid of that ircd.log directory.

Next, ./unreal start

There should be a logfile created, and the error will be outputed.
