my services version; ircservices-5.0.57

I want if a nick connect the my server, services automatic add akill, and kline,

exp;

Irc.KonyaChat.Com- *** Notice -- Client connecting on port 7857: arda_00 ([email protected]) [clients]

I dont want arda join, I want akill add it

Use a bot.
