The following server notice was sent from the IRCd, I can't find any info on what it means.

Fake direction from user Neo in SJOIN from LT1.phazenet.com(Mudhole.Phazenet.Com) at #CHAT

The user Neo is an oper, was not at the computer when the message occured and is not in that channel. Unreal version is 3.2.4
