No O-Lines Windows Xp Unreal3.2 +Anope

hey evryone
long time no see
I get a message no O-Lines from unrealircd not from anope
do you know how I can fix it.
I dunno when I will be able to reply, maybe Monday , maybe today
Evrything else works fine it just that error and can't login as oper
I did it *@* and it didn't help
I even rehash it

If youre using *@* then you probably didnt type the user AND password correctly.

Both are in the oper block and both are case sensitive.

For the following oper block you would use (notice how the capitals and lower case letters match): /oper bOb FuBaR
