When installing v3.2.7, where is ./makeconf?

I'm installing v3.2.7 according to a guide on the internet. The guide says after ./Config and make, we can run ./makeconf and then we can see "Welcome to the unrealircd.conf generator", after that we can set the server name and the server ip. But I cannot run ./makeconf, the system reminds me there's no such command. So what's the problem?

You need to edit and rename example.conf to unrealircd.conf to suit your needs.

Not to mention that tutorial is way out of date, the T (technical admin) flag was removed ages ago due to not having a need.
