I am trying to link my server w/ anope. I am currently the SERVICES HOST. I have another guy hosting the server. We both reset the passwords on the config files, and we get a LoCops message saying:
The error is straight out descriptive, its the password, doesn't say anything about connection or ports or anything of the sort other than password : P
Either someone isn't rehashing the password into the IRCd properly or they aren't saving it, or something of a similar sort : P
The IRCd config must be rehashed when the linkblock password is updated, also you must make sure the configuration files to both are where they should be (eg; if you edit locally but the servers are hosted remotely, make sure the files uploaded successfully) and so on.
